HEGER mill type MM80 (400 to 500 kg / hours) + endless screw to the grist case

Grist case with capacity of 700 Kg + endless screw to the mashing vessel

20 hl brewhouse from CoEnCo (Belgium) with 2 vessels from 2017

• Vessel no. 1: Mashing / Boiling / Whirlpool (+ pre-masher on grist line)
• Vessel no. 2: Lauter-tune & Buffer vessel underneath
• ALFA-LAVAL wort cooler with 2 stages (first with water & second with glycol)

Steam heating

Malt charge : 400 kg for a pils at 5,8° & 650 kg for a strong beer at 8,3°

Duration for 2 brewing cycles + CIP : 16 hours
