We collect the following data via our contact/quotation/purchase-sale forms:

Recipients of Data
Your data is intended for use by the WALLART SARL sales and marketing team.
It is also communicated to subcontractors acting under our instructions:
– Hosting and CRM management: Your data is recorded, stored and processed in our customer/prospect database hosted by our CRM Pipedrive (or similar provider).
– E-mailing: Contact data is used for our commercial communication campaigns via the Sarbacane (or similar) e-mailing solution.
We are committed to ensuring that our subcontractors comply with the RGPD and offer sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Data retention period
– Customer data: Kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and, beyond that, for a period of five (5) years for purposes of proof and compliance with legal obligations.
– Prospects (non-customer) data: Kept for a period of three (3) years from the last activity on the site or the last contact initiated by the prospect, then deleted or anonymized.
