Slim: 15 & 20 Liters

US Drums: 58 Liters

3 types of tubes: A – S & D (US)

• Manual depalletizing of empty kegs with conveyors

• Keg external washer

• LAMBRECHT filling lines with 2 modules of 2 lines each

1. Head : Pressure control + Draining + Cleaning with first soda (low concentration for residual CO2)

(1) Waiting station for interior washing with soda

2. Head: Draining 1st soday + Cleaning with 2nd soda (higher concentration)

3. Head: Drain 2nd soda + Rinse with Water + Acid Cleaning

4. Head: Acid Drain + Water Rinse + Steam Sterilization

2. Waiting station for steam sterilization

5. Head: 2° steam injection & CO2 counter pressure

• Filling control : Weight & temperature of the keg with ejector

• Inkjet marking on the VIDEOJET 1550 drum

• Keg turner

• Pressure control : detection of leaking kegs + disinfection of the tube’s head with ethanol

• Collar fitter around the keg’s neck

• FANUC palletizing robot (places under the capping machine and then on the pallet)

6, 12 or 18 kegs per pallet (the current head only handles Eurokegs)
