3 to 4 operators needed to run the line (depalletiser – Filler and flash pasteurizer – Palletiser)

• Can depalettiser from King machine type xd200 (runs with high pallets of 300 cm height)
• Ink coding from Keibinger type type JET 2 neos
• Twist rinser
• Filler-seamer from King Machine type GDX 30/4 with lid sterilisation
• CIP (local made) 2 x 330 litres – 17 KW
• Water spraying of the cans
• Level control with default can ejection from VPack type WYW-600
• Can dryer
• Wrap around machine (closed carton or tray with 11 cm side) with Robatech glueing machine
• Screw air compressor 40m3 / hour at 10 bar + buffer tank of 500 litres
• Palletiser with interlayer applicator (8 layers with 50 cl cans – 12 layers with 33 cl). Machine built by Dan Palletiser (Denmark) in 2004
• Robopac pallet wrapper type Masterplat
