EMPTY BOTTLE INSPECTOR – HEUFT – 24.000 BPH

HEUFT empty bottle inspector, built in 2013. It is capable of inspecting up to 24,000 bottles per hour (bph) for the 33 cl APO format.

The machine performs a complete inspection:

• Shape defects: too high or too wide
• Wall: inside and outside 1x
• Collar
• Bottle bottom and a
• Residual liquids: double-checking

Non-compliant bottles are ejected by three strategically placed ejectors (one at the infeed, two at the outfeed).
