IFIND Brewhousefrom 2016 capacity 10 hl with :

SOMMER UNIVERSAL 22 mill of 100 Kg/h + dust extraction

mashing tank – boiling vessel with 2 double steam jackets (bottom for mashing and bottom + walls for boiling)

1 Lauter tuner and Whirlpool underneath

1 hot water tank with 20 hl steam coil

Skid with valves, pumps and wort cooler

2-stage wort cooler : water up to 35°-40°C then glycol down to 10-11°C

The heated water from stage 1 is recovered in the hot water tank and for the boiling steam it is condensed in a cold water exchanger and then the heated water goes into the hot water tank

ISO and ATMO FERMENTERS & SERVICE TANKS

– 2 IFIND cylindrical-conical atmospheric fermenters from 2016

Volume total : 12,5 hl (10 hl utile)

– 4 maturation tanks from IFIND (built 2016 & 2019)

Capacity : 1.084 L – with double cooling jacket

Tank & Jacket Working Pressures : 3/4.3 bar

– 2 MUELLER service tanks of 500 liters each
