KEY KEG FILLER – 50/60 KEGS/HOUR
M+F Keg-techniek specialized semi-automatic filler, model MICROMAT M 1/1 F Key keg, built in 2012. This machine is dedicated to filling Key Keg non-returnable drums, and has a production capacity of 50 to 60 drums per hour. It is a compact machine (1300 x 800 x 2200 mm), with detailed consumption data for each operation:
- Hot water: 0.25 L per keykeg
- Saturated steam: +/- 0.05 kg per keykeg
- Air pressure: 0.13 m3 per key keg
- CO2: 50-75 g per 20-liter keykeg (product pressure 2 bar)
