200 hl per brew (10 to 12 brews per day) – Proleit control system (Siemens PLC)

Malt charge : 3800 Kg

Can do infusion and decoction

The plant was built in 2006 and is composed of :

• Mash kettle (mashing in) 120 hl – steam heated
• Mash tun (decoction mash cooker) 120 hl – steam heated
• Lauter tun type Pegasus 200 hl – 16,5M2 (loading is up to 233 kg / m2)
• Spent grain recovery hopper (6m3)
• Vorlauf vessel with plate heat exchanger (before boiling vessel)
• Wort kettle type Stromboli (309 hl) with external cooker
• 3 vessel hop dosing station
• Trub Tank (1,900 liters)
• Whirlpool type Calypso
• Wort Cooler Alfa Laval
• Wort aeration
• 2 Bio acid lactic tank (7400 litres each) for PH correction
• 4 vessel CIP from Gresser (Water, hot caustic x2 , Acid) 6288 litrers per vessel
• Water tanks from Gresser :
  • Ice water 1042 hl
  • Brewing water 2021 hl
  • Hot water 1,042 hl
• CaCl2 & CaSO4 dosing
• Spent grain silo in stainless steel (47 tons) with heated discharge screw
